I had a lovely stay at Nent Hall Country House. The value for money was great and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was beautiful, surrounded by rural charm. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The hotel is rather 'tired'. The room (19) was reasonable, but the 'restaurant' was poor. The so called coffee was nothing more than hot coloured water. Sorry to be so negative.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value! The room was clean, comfortable, and even had a lovely four poster bed. The location was quiet and we enjoyed sitting in the outdoor area. The staff, especially Georgjiana, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement.

The location was wonderful, easy to find. The grounds would have been lovely to sit in had the weather been kinder and the grass shorter!

I felt the hotel needed a little more tlc, the skirting boards in the room were dusty and the carpets generally looked like they needed a good hoovering - nothing that an extra pair of hands cant put right

The hotel is situated in beautiful countryside with access to outdoor activities that we enjoyed. The staff were verey friendly and helpful

On our previous stay, the main restaurant was open for evening meals with a good dining menu. This created an excellent ambience which we enjoyed. On this receny stay, the restaurant was closed and we ate in the bar. The food was only just satisfactiry and the ambience was poor. The television was on which we found intrusive. The bathroom did not have a towel rail for hanging.The notice about saving the planet and hanging towels on the rail to reuse them was a bit wasted.

We arrived late at Nent Hall after a long day of cycling and the reception staff went above and beyond to help us. They offered us a hot shower and a meal, which was much needed after a tough day on the road. The kindness and hospitality of the staff really made a difference to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and in particular found that the staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and accomodating. There was sufficient hot water and a very good breakfast. Overall this a great place to stay in the area.

Nothing significant, but it would have been nice if there was a night light in the bathroom.

The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a wonderfully comfortable bed. The decor was in keeping with the charming surroundings. The food at the bar was excellent, and breakfast was a real treat. I highly recommend this hotel for a cosy country getaway.

Staff were excellent and friendly. Food was good and reasonable. Local rack of lamb outstanding. Shame more guests did not take advantage of the fine dining.

We stayed at Nent Hall for my Birthday and treated ourselves to the Tower Suite. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with a country pub next door. The breakfast had a good selection of food and the restaurant was reasonably priced. we had a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodated our requests to light the fire and take our meal in the lounge area The food was hearty and substantial, fresh brewed coffee at breakfast was a bonus. The room was very pretty. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the setting is superb.

The hotel is attached to a public bar, the hotel reception smelled a bit of the pub food.

A stunning location, a very comfortable room, good food and very friendly and helpful staff
